N.I.C (National Integration Camp)
National Integration Camp as it is descripting it words . This
is a integration camp Gathering of cadet’s from different
region,religion,castes and categories of the Indian society from all
over india at a place . The camp was organized since
25/07/2017-06/08/2017 at Kendriya Vidyalaya 3,Colaba,Mumbai in this
camp we,the 15 cadet’s from 19 BN NCC Bihar & Jharkhand
directorate were scheduled to participated there.
Our journey from Jharkhand to Maharastra was also
reflecting the integration of new cadet’s our reservation was in
HTE-LTE EXPRESS train the scheduled departure of train was 09:40
.this was an excitement for me to make a integration camp tour so I
reached before 1 hour before the scheduled departure of the train.
When I arrived Some of the faces were from my colleges and others
were unknown but due to the uniform dress and I recognized that they
were also a part of us and are attending the camp with us. We all
cooperated each other in carrying the luggage. The luggage was very
heavy due to the cultural dress. Our ANO Lt L.K JHA was also there.
The train arrived and there was croud all over the platform. The
seats were not in the same coach the seats were in 3 coaches
connected together. This was our due responsibility to keep the SW
cadets smooth and safe journey. At this point our sir sri jha who
tackled this problem in no time. He kept all the SW cadets in the
middle coach with him and the SD cadets were kept in the other 2
coaches. All of us became friend in short of time. The lunch was
provided by pantry car of train and at breakfast we the cadet’s of
coaches gathered together and contributed their home made food
packet’s in a pleasant environment. Train was moving and our
journey was passing this way after passing of whole day and night on
the net day we stepped out of the train again we cooperated each
other to step down the luggage and accessories this was at LTT
station. Now our destination was Kendriya Vidyalaya 3 Colaba where
the camp was scheduled but due to some sort of information we were
earlier one day so we spend our night there on next day we moved from
LTT Colaba by road due to lack of direction of road we were move to
some different spot where we reached there the team realised this
that we are at different Kendriya Vidyalaya. Now this was a problem
for team that how to reach the destination (Kendriya Vidyalaya 3).
but here the integration of cadet’s were shown all the cadet’s
carried the luggage’s without hesitating that the luggage is own or
other. The cadet’s proceeded on foot. After reaching the Kendriya
Vidyalaya 3. the cadet’s were provided biscuit and snacks. Now
after that we proceeded for Battalion there we were provided lunch
after lunch we interacted with each other. This time only local
cadet’s of Maharastra were present there. They suggested us the
location’s of important place’s where we should go and they asked
about us. Where we belong after that we were back to Kendriya
Vidyalaya 3 . unluckily where we selected to stay in that room the
light was fluctuating . As when the room darkened some of the cadet’s
whispered in a whistling note as if some ghosts are in the room and
thus we passed the night. The next morning some of the cadet’s from
Mumbai region was also placed in our room. Some of the cadet’s of
Mumbai region belong to the Bihar,Jharkhand,U.P sides. They were
eager to know about their native place. We the cadet’s of bihar
and Jharkhand let them know the present situation of their native
place and we came to know Maharastra.
After that we proceeded for group dance which was
scheduled . The cadet’s of Bihar & Jharkhand participated in
that group dance and awarded by 2nd
prize. The 1st prize was
awarded to Mumbai. As the arms of clock were moving and the day’s
and night’s were passing. The cadet’s wer acquanting a new
concept of life everyday. A new horizon was unfolding before the
cadet’s. As the cadet’s were mixed up their talent participated
in different cultural programmes, sorts , indoor and outdooor
activities with their utmost talent and skill. The cadet’s induced
a new concept of their life and the life’s of other’s how to
co-operate and manage the situation and being a noble and gentleman
in their life meanwhile the cadet’s were visited the important
places such as juhu beach,museum,library etc. A day was alloted for
naval dockyard . The experience of naval dockyard visit was very
exciting where we were boarded on the ship and submarines. There a
naval officer was introduced for functionary of the ship and the
submarine. We feel very proud when we were in the submarines. At last
a incidence is necessary to mention which I will never forget. I and
my friend were performing our duty in the night on the gate. A lady
in civil dress arrived and tried to enter the gate. We stopped her
from entering then she told us that she was from Uttar Pradesh and
called by Captain mrinalini. Then one of us went to Captain mrinalini
and asked her. Then she told the cadet that she was called by her an
let she be entered. We cleared the gate and she went inside after
that she thanked us for performing our duties and disclosed she was
A.N.O from uttar radesh after the camp and we were happy because we
attended camp and said because we were aparted from our newly made
friend thanks NCC for giving me so much to the cadet’s thus the
time was completed and we came back from Mumbai to Jharkhand
